PRESSURE VESSEL HEAD DIVISION

The head manufacturing division is equipped with over 60 major machines and devices, including one 25,000-ton oil press, one 10,000-ton oil press, one 2,500-ton oil press, and one 8,000-ton oil press.

It also features fully automatic temperature-controlled natural gas heating furnaces (with chamber sizes of 9×9×3m, 8×7.5×2.8m, and 6×6.5×2.5m), one 11.5-meter spinning machine, and one 11.5-meter pressing machine.

Additionally, the division has a mobile electric heat treatment furnace with a diameter of 13m and height of 3m, and a circulating water pool (9.5×6.5×4m). There are also three full-position welding manipulators, two edge milling machines, eight overhead cranes ranging from 20t to 100t, and a 12.5m CNC movable vertical lathe.

The facility operates 23 welding machines and over 10 specialized machines and auxiliary equipment for spherical tank heads (A3) and head fabrication. Our processing capabilities include the manufacture of spherical storage tanks, various types of heads, flanges, and pipe components.

We serve sectors such as petrochemical, nuclear, refining, hydropower, aerospace, and metallurgy, and are capable of fabricating large and thick-wall hemispherical heads and largediameter pressure components using special and high-performance materials required in ultra-high pressure and demanding applications.
